The Foundation was organized primarily to aid, help and assist GUARDIANS members and immediate members ot their family in the conduct of their lives socially,economically, financially and spiritually maintaining the honor and integrity of the GUARDIANS members and to promote, sponsor and support scholarship programs for the poor and less fortunate , but intellectually deserving youths and family of GUARDIANS members. The registered address of the Foundation is at Unit 307, Balagtas Villas , Balagtas St, Pasay City. As a non - stock, non-profit organization, the FOUNDATION is exempt from income tax under the condition set forth in SEC.30(e) of the National Internal Revenue Code(NIRC). As a donee institution, the donation/s recieved by the Foundation shall entitle the donor to or limited deduction and exemption from donor's tax pursuant to Section 34(H) 2 and 101 (A) (3) of the NIRC
